Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a FreightFlow account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the FreightFlow workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using FreightFlow on behalf of a carrier, dispatch agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
FreightFlow is an AI-assisted dispatch tool that extracts structured data from broker Rate Confirmation documents and helps carriers generate driver communications, factoring invoices, settlement calculations, and Google Sheet syncs. FreightFlow is a productivity aid — it does not broker freight, hold operating authority, or act as a party to any transportation contract between you and your brokers.
3. Verification Responsibility
AI-extracted data can contain errors. Dispatchers and fleet managers retain sole and final responsibility for reviewing extracted load numbers, rates, addresses, appointment times, and detention terms for accuracy before relying on them — including before dispatching a driver, sending a factoring invoice, or submitting a detention claim to a broker.
FreightFlow is a tool to accelerate data entry, not a substitute for dispatcher judgment. You are responsible for confirming that any document, message, or invoice generated through FreightFlow accurately reflects the terms of your actual agreement with the broker before it is sent.
4. Subscription & Cancellation
FreightFlow is offered on a monthly subscription basis across three tiers: Starter Fleet ($70 CAD/month), Pro Dispatch (custom pricing), and Dispatch Agency ($349/month). Current plan details and features are listed on our Pricing page.
New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial. No payment method is charged until the trial period ends, and you will not be billed automatically without an active plan selection. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be canceled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no long-term contract or early-termination fee applies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreightFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed loads, dispatch delays, broker disputes, detention claim denials, or factoring company invoice rejections, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even where FreightFlow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
FreightFlow's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid FreightFlow in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FreightFlow does not warrant that extraction results will be error-free or that the service will operate uninterrupted.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FreightFlow to process documents you do not have the right to upload, to attempt to circumvent the tenant isolation between carrier workspaces, or to reverse-engineer or resell access to the underlying extraction engine.
8. Termination
You may stop using FreightFlow and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive use of the extraction API, or fail to maintain a valid payment method beyond a reasonable grace period.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and continued use of FreightFlow after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
